Description
This evergreen shrub will grow 5'-7' tall and wide. It has an upright yet rounded habit. It has glossy, dark green leaves. Small pink buds appear in late winter, opening to small, creamy white, fragrant flowers in early spring. After flowering period, blue-black berries appear in fall and winter. This shrub does best in full to part sun with fertile, well-draining, moist soil. New stems on plant are wine-red, making this plant attractive all year round. Use leaves and flowers for floral arrangements. Prune to desired shape.
