Description

This broadleaf evergreen shrub quickly reaches 5-8' tall and wide. It has small leaves are dark green and wrinkled on upper surface. Dark blue flowers appear in ball shaped clusters during spring. Flowers attract bees. It does best in full sun with lean, well draining soil. Prefers to be on the dry side. Beautiful plant but not long-lived. It can be sheared to use as a hedge. Many varieties available.
