Description
Rosemary is an herbaceous evergreen shrub that reaches 2-4' tall and wide. This broadleaf shrub has narrow, linear, dark green, aromatic leaves, which can be used for cooking. Small, light blue flowers cover the plant from winter through spring. This plant does well in full sun and is easy to grow. Established plants are drought tolerant. This shrub does well in coastal areas. Tip-prune to increase density, if desired. Plant trimmings can be dried for bouquets or crafts. Many cultivars now available.
