Description

Narcissus is an attractive bulb plant that can reach 6"- 1.5' tall and 6" wide. Foliage is deciduous, long and dark green. During spring, flower stalks shoot up with white petals and yellow centers or the opposite. There are many cultivars available today in shades of white, yellow and orange. Daffodils do best in full sun with fertile, well-draining, moist soil. However, they are reliable and hardy but needing well-draining soil. Best to plant en masse to give a showy effect. Fertilize with slow release bulb food or bone meal in early spring. Beautiful plant for naturalizing.
