Description

This a spectacular plant grown not only for its lacy and refined foliage and form but also for the beautiful white bark which gives this plant character in the deciduous winter months. It is typically clustered and trained as a multi-trunk tree. The new twigs are a golden brown color, and the rich glossy green leaves turn golden in the fall. It is native from Europe to Asia Minor.
