Description
Blue Blossom Ceanothus is an evergreen shrub that reaches 5-8' tall and wide. It has dark blue flower clusters that bloom profusely in the spring, attracting bees. Foliage is dark green and shiny, densely covering the plant. It does best in full sun with well-draining, alkaline soil. Easy to grow but not long lived. It can be pruned in early summer to maintain shape as it can be used as a hedge or screen. Very attractive plant.
